I have a new car. I have a new car. I have a new car.
I traded in my big-ass Pacifica for a Camry Hybrid. It's pretty. See?
It has keyless ignition (which seems to serve no purpose but to keep you from having to put the key in the ignition). It has heated seats. It has dual climate control. It has a talking map with little flags to represent the location of restaurant--for example, Bob Evans is marked with an American flag, and a pizza shop is marked with an Italian flag. It has a sunroof which I will never open because the passing wind sucks out my ears.
It also has Sirius radio, and so now I have my very own Broadway channel and the Amaazing Seth Rudestsky. I think Seth and I are going to become good friends.
Cars don't bring happiness, but this one brings show tunes.

I know there is a Honda Accord somewhere calling my name, but Cedarville keeps wanting money every month. boo hoo
I've been stuck on the Glen Campbell tunes all week thanks to the "lineman" reference, and Dive and Rich!
"...like a Rhinestone Cowboy..."

I like its smile.
I'm not sure about heated seats though. But it's a great improvement on your planet sized Pacifica.
Enjoy.
Enjoy! Enjoy!! Enjoy!!!
Good for you going with the hybrid. we must all do our part to save the planet. I'm thinking of getting rid of my VW sedan and trading in for... nothing
Now you have show tunes too.
Dive, I never thought about cars having a smile before, but you're right. It's a happy car.
Dragonfly, you have a "green" car too, don't you?
Gina, I'm still getting used to the hybrid thing--it's whisper quiet.
Rich, get your own ride. Would you really give up your car?
Sassy, hi.
Watch out for blind folks crossing the street -- I've read that the quiet hybrids are almost 'invisible' to them while easing to a stop.
